The game is a bogey. The end of an era. The ball is on the slates. A crucial turning point - wait a minute these tenements aren’t all that bad - anyway we can afford to go on like we have been.
Made to encourage Glaswegians living in what was left of the old city tenements to act collectively to refurbish their old homes, their closes, their neighbourhoods. Made only three years after Glasgow 1980 this film calls a halt to Comprehensive Redevelopment - mass demolition and mass relocation.
